By day I work in tech. By choice, I bake. So let's call this little internet page my safe space!

I've been baking and cooking for over 15 years as an amateur. But in my group of friends I am considered a professional, hehe. I am always the one who makes sure everyone has a warm, freshly baked apple pie on the skiing slope, a brownie to go with tea after the sauna, or a lemon tart decorated specially for a friend's housewarming party.

I love when food is beautiful. I love the idea of baking, the fact that it's basically chemistry (and it truly is). I love experimenting with whatever ingredients happen to appear in my kitchen, and most importantly I love sharing what comes out of it.
